Take tutoring payments by card with the Stripe integration
Connect Stripe and families can pay an invoice by card. A successful payment marks the invoice paid, so there's nothing to chase or reconcile by hand. Bank transfer stays alongside it for families who prefer it.

With Stripe connected, each invoice gets a Pay by card button. Once the payment goes through, the invoice marks itself paid.
Bank transfer alongside it
Every invoice also carries PayID and its own reference, so families who pay by transfer can still do that and the payment is easy to match.
Tutor pay stays in payroll
Payroll counts the lessons each tutor taught. You pay tutors from your own bank, then record the run as paid in ClassQuill.

Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. You connect your Stripe account in ClassQuill, and card payments from families go into it. You're not building a payment integration yourself.
Can I pay tutors through Stripe?
No. Stripe is for money coming in from families. Tutors are paid from your own bank: payroll works out what each tutor is owed from the lessons they taught, and you mark the run paid once it's sent.
