Turn a website enquiry into an enrolled family

A lead form you embed on your own site, one pipeline that tracks every enquiry, and a one-click way to turn a ready lead into an account — instead of a contact-us email nobody owns.

Set up

Put an enquiry form on your site

Build the form once and paste it onto your own website. Or send the hosted link if you don't have one.

  • The same paste-and-go embed for booking, reviews and your tutors
The lead form isn't the only thing you can put on your own site with one script tag — a booking widget running the same booking flow as inside the app, your published reviews, or a roster of your own tutors, embedded the same way.

Enquiries arrive

Every enquiry has a home

Website, phone call or walk-in: they all end up in one list, so nobody has to remember who replied.

A call, logged in seconds
Add a phone or walk-in lead by hand: name, contact details, a note. It joins the same list as the website ones.
  • Every enquiry in one pipeline, not your inbox
Leads land in one list and move through five stages — new, contacted, consultation booked, converted, lost — so where things stand doesn't depend on remembering who you emailed back.

Enrol

Turn the enquiry into an account

When a lead is ready, you invite them in from the lead itself.

Convert and onboard
One click sends an onboarding invite. They create their student or tutor account and finish onboarding.
  • Pass new leads on
A webhook fires when a lead is created, so you can point it at Zapier or your own system. There is no built-in CRM sync.

Common questions

Does this replace our CRM?

Not fully. There's no built-in HubSpot or Salesforce sync — what exists is a webhook that fires when a lead is created, which you can point at Zapier or a system of your own. What ClassQuill does give you is one pipeline every enquiry sits in from first contact to enrolled, and a one-click way to turn a ready lead into an actual student or tutor account, instead of copying details across by hand.

Can I embed more than the lead form on my own site?

Yes — the same one-script-tag pattern also embeds a booking widget (running the same booking flow as inside the app), your published reviews, or a roster of your own tutors. Each is its own snippet, so you use only the ones you want.
