Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and cancel EquateIt from there. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any in-app purchase.
I forgot my password.
Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and we'll send a reset link to your email.
Which VCE subjects does EquateIt cover?
Mathematical Methods Units 1–4, Further Mathematics Units 1–4, and Specialist Mathematics Units 1–4.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Type Delete to confirm — this permanently removes your account and all associated data. If you no longer have access to the app, email support@equateit.com.au and we will delete your account within 30 days.
My free trial ended — can I still access my data?
Yes. Your notes, progress, and saved questions are all saved. Subscribe at any time to regain full access.
